Chef online service is SHOCKINGLY BAD. Payed using PayPal and they wouldn't transfer the order to the restersunt until they receive the money- despite my having a PayPal receipt for the transaction. Three phonecalls later they finally processed the order. The telephone customer service for Chef Online were curt, short, rude and mostly unhelpful. It took 45 minutes for the order just to be processed and passed onto the resteraunt. They put us on hold mid conversation, hung up on us mid sentence and did not apologise for the confusion. The restersunt, British India, were very understanding and food was delicious of course, deserve 5 stars but chef online deserve less than zero stars. Negative stars. Unbelievable service from them.
